Brewski’s story: Animal Assistance League took Brewski in, and he’s now been with the rescue longer than any of its other dogs, possibly because of his black coat. Black-haired dogs seem to have the toughest time getting adopted, even though many of them are happy, friendly, playful dogs. Brewski is no exception. He loves to play and loves to give love – to people and other dogs, with whom he gets along well. He seems to be a mix of lots of different breeds: keeshond, border collie, maybe some chow. Whatever he is, he’s a great dog.
Adoption donation: $300, includes vaccinations and microchip
Adoption procedure: Fill out an application at aaloc.org/adopt/dogs and someone from Animal Assistance League of Orange County will contact you to arrange a meeting with Brewski.
